This Saturday Boulder resident Theodosia Southern is our first guest and we will discuss the emerging new paradigms of leadership and tapping into archetypal story of community and culture to faciliatate change and growth. Theodosia brings a wealth of knowledge from having led transformational leadership seminars and workshops in organizations and communities for 18 years. She is the founder and managing principal of the Center for Executive Leadership, facilitating Collaborative Leadership communities in the healthcare industry, and of Chiron International, which focuses on unfolding the Greater Story of individuals, communities and organizations, and identifying the archetypal patterns that 'run' through them.

In the second part of the show Cecily Friday joins us once again to discuss the mid-term elections and what the future now holds with the Democrats holding both houses of Congress.

As usual Bongo Boy and Tony will provide live music.
