Wake Up and Live" goes cross country this Sat. from 8-9 CDT as we're joined by Bellevue, Washington resident Victoria Castle, pattern disrupter and author of "The Trance of Scarcity". Victoria says, "Old patterns are like a cat that sleeps on your head but isn't the least bit interested in the fact you're allergic. It's time to move the cat."

Later we'll "go local" with writer and artist Rita Maggart whose
beautiful photo exhibit of hands is on display at Nashville State Community College on White Bridge Rd. through Sept. 20. in the Administrative Entrance. "Hand in Hand" was initially inspired by a photo Rita took of her adult son and her 93 year old mother. This grew into an exhibit of close-ups of aging hands involved in various activities.
