This week Wake Up & Live has an interview DeAnna Elliott. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in education and many years of teaching experience both here and in third world countries. Looking for a deeper way to assist people in 1980 she attended The Boulder School of Massage Therapy and began an 18 year professional practice in that art. In addition she became trained in infant massage and soon became an instructor trainer with the International Association of Infant Massage. After 22 years as a trainer with IAIM and experience working with thousands of infants and their families, she founded the non-profit Foundation of Global Unity.

DeAnna is the producer of Cellular Echoes. http://www.foundationofglobalunity.org/index.html This film is an exploration of imprinting as it occurs in animals and humans in the first six stages of development: pre-conception, conception, gestation, birth and the first 24 hours after birth and into the early years. Contemporary scientific and clinical information is compared to tribal birth wisdom from around the world in a cross cultural inquiry of this phenomena. The intention behind this documentary is to raise awarness regarding the highly receptive and intelligent nature of a newly forming human being.
