This week Dawn is off to Oregon (again) but we have a packed show never the less.

Tony and Bongo Boy will entertain us with some awesome live studio music in the first part of the show, followed by an interview with Pam Davee of the Harpeth River Watershed Association. Pam has several topics to discuss that HRWA has been involved in recently. This organization provides many various opportunities for those of us who love our environment and want to "give back" by volunteering.

Next we have a return appearance from Phil Rush of Doylestown, PA. Phil is a retired school administrator and will discuss the current state of public education.... the good, the bad and the ugly.

Cecily Friday will be with us in the last half hour and we will discuss the current administration's use of Presidential signing statements. Do these signing statements violate the constitution and make George Bush "above the law?" Or is the President within his rights to decide if he has to follow the law in a time of war?

Join us this week as our favorite poet Russ Peery joins us in the studio. Hopefully we can convince Russ to share his poetry and give us some words of wisdom on life in general. In the second hour Cecily Friday joins us and word is Cecily has a bee in her bonnet regarding the Scooter Libby pardon.
